Autumn in its kaleidoscope of reds and golds, and the sunlight radiating through these trees, creates an ethereal ambiance.

This painting makes me want to step inside it and explore, or perhaps lie on my back and soak in the peace... or both.

It was my first play with acrylic paint in spring 2022 after 10 years using oils. I loved the way I could layer the paint quickly without much pause.
